Delivery Lead, AI & Data

We’re now looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Applied AI team as our customer projects and delivery scope continue to grow. In this role, you will take a central responsibility for leading our AI and data deliveries, ensuring projects are executed smoothly, teams are supported, and customer expectations are met and exceeded.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, data scientists, and engineers, balancing delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and business impact. The role includes a consultative approach with customers, advising them when challenges arise, helping shape next steps, and knowing when to bring in the right experts. While we don’t expect you to be an AI delivery expert from day one, we do expect strong delivery leadership skills and a genuine interest in growing deeper into AI and data-driven work.

🧩 What you will work on

• Lead and manage AI and data deliveries, ensuring projects align with customer goals and business objectives

• Apply agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban) to support efficient and transparent execution

• Act as a trusted delivery partner for customers, facilitating collaboration across teams

• Support AI and data assessments, opportunity identification, and roadmap planning

• Manage expectations and ensure high-quality delivery outcomes across engagements

• Participate in pre-sales discussions and support proposal development together with internal teams

✨What we value

• 3+ years of experience in technology, IT, or consulting environments

• Strong background in project and delivery leadership, including customer and stakeholder management

• Experience in AI, data, or software development projects

• Commercial mindset with strong communication and organizational skills

• Consulting experience or the ability to work in a hybrid delivery role

• Familiarity with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar

• Genuine interest in data and AI beyond the hype, with a focus on real business value

• Fluency in English and Finnish
