We are continuously looking for AI Engineers and Senior AI Engineers to join our Applied AI team. Depending on your experience, you may take ownership of solution design and technical direction, or deepen your expertise alongside senior engineers. 🧩 What you could be working on

• Designing and implementing end-to-end AI/ML solutions (agents, RAG systems, ML systems)

• Building and scaling cloud-native AI applications (Azure preferred)

• Applying modern software engineering practices (Python, Git, CI/CD)

• Deploying, monitor, and maintain ML systems in production (MLOps)

• Designing solutions that balance technical feasibility with business value

• Integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and data platforms

✨ What we typically value in AI Engineers

• 3–5+ years of experience in software or data applications with an AI/ML focus

• Interest or hands-on experience with AI agents and large language models (LLMs)

• Experience in cloud development, preferably Azure

• Strong or growing skills in Python and modern software engineering practices (Git, CI/CD)

• Experience with, or motivation to learn, MLOps and production ML systems

• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and SQL

• Structured problem-solving skills that balance technical and business perspectives

• Consulting experience and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Fluent English skills

• Educational background in computer science, applied mathematics, engineering, or similar

🍀 What’s a plus (but not required)

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Docker, containerisation)

• Familiarity with PyTorch, LangChain/LlamaIndex, deep learning, or LLM evaluation

• Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, event streams, or data warehouses

• Prior leadership experience (especially relevant for senior roles)

• Finnish language skills are considered a strong advantage
