We’re looking for AI Engineers to join our growing team in Stockholm. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems. You’ll combine broad engineering capability with hands-on delivery, moving fast from idea to working prototypes to production-ready value. This role is about creative engineering, co-creation with users, and shaping how enterprises adopt AI in practice.

You will also be part of Norrin’s AI Guild, a community where knowledge is shared, skills are developed together, and people actively support each other’s growth.

🧩 In this role, you will be:

• Working closely with customers to understand their problems and rapidly design practical AI solutions

• Implementing end-to-end AI/ML workflows, from agents and RAG setups to traditional ML where needed

• Building and deploying cloud-native applications, preferably on Azure

• Applying modern software engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, quality-oriented development)

• Using MLOps approaches to operationalize models, monitor them, and ensure they deliver value

• Integrating with APIs and enterprise systems (REST, events, custom interfaces)

• Working with databases, SQL, and pragmatic data engineering where required

• Navigating between solution shaping, hands-on implementation, and light advisory, depending on the customer phase

✨What we value

• 4+ years of experience in software or data applications, ideally with hands-on AI/ML components

• Experience with AI agents and large language models (LLMs)

• Strong cloud development background (Azure preferred)

• Strong skills in Python and modern engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, testing mindset)

• Experience with deploying and operating ML systems in production

• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and SQL

• Ability to frame problems, design pragmatic solutions, and work directly with end-users

• Strong English and Swedish skills (written & spoken)

• Educational background in computer science, applied mathematics, engineering, or similar
  

➕ What’s a plus (but not required):

• Experience with IaC and containerization (Terraform, Docker)

• Familiarity with PyTorch, LangChain/LlamaIndex, deep learning, and LLM evaluation frameworks

• Experience working with data platforms (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, event streams, data warehouses)

• Background in structured testing approaches to ensure robustness

• Prior consulting or customer-facing engineering experience

• Prior leadership or consulting experience, with the ability to guide teams and advise stakeholders
