AI Solution Architect (Staff)

We are looking for a (Staff) AI Solution Architect to join our Applied AI team. In this role, you will design and build enterprise-grade AI solutions that form the backbone of our clients’ AI capabilities. You will combine architectural ownership with hands-on engineering, helping organizations scale from early-stage AI use cases to robust, production-ready systems.

You will play a key role in shaping how AI platforms, MLOps practices, and governance models are built in complex enterprise environments. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and deliver measurable business value. As a Staff-level architect, you will also influence technical direction, engineering standards, and AI delivery practices across multiple client engagements and internal initiatives.

In this role, you will

• Design, build and own scalable, enterprise-grade AI platforms and solutions, including AI-native applications, GenAI solutions, and agentic systems

• Act as a hands-on architect, combining architecture design with implementation

• Scale AI/ML and GenAI solutions from PoC to production using MLOps / LLMOps practices

• Design APIs, microservices, and integrations across complex enterprise environments

• Own model lifecycle, CI/CD/CT pipelines, observability, and cost transparency

• Define governance practices, including security, compliance, and model traceability

• Implement cloud-native solutions and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) in Azure

• Act as a technical lead, bringing structure and engineering rigor across teams

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in Software Engineering or Computer Science

• Experience leading or driving ML engineering initiatives (player-coach mindset)

• Deep Azure experience (Azure DevOps, cloud-native services)

• Strong understanding of MLOps / LLMOps practices and production-grade AI systems

• Experience driving best practices across teams

• Strong Python skills and hands-on development capability

• Fluent English skills are required

• Proficiency in Finnish is considered a plus
