AI Transformation Lead

As an AI Transformation Lead, you will advise C-level stakeholders and lead large-scale AI and data initiatives across client organisations, from strategy to execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered and adopted successfully.

This role sits at the intersection of executive advisory and complex program leadership. You will operate across strategy, governance, and execution, ensuring that ambition translates into clear plans, aligned stakeholders, and measurable results.

You will have a clear mandate and direct exposure to senior leadership while taking accountability for high-impact transformation engagements.

🧩What you’ll work on

Lead strategy and program delivery

• Define AI strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and roadmaps

• Mobilise and lead multi-workstream programs

• Establish governance, KPIs, and clear accountability structures

• Ensure initiatives move forward with discipline and momentum

Advise executive stakeholders

• Lead structured discussions with C-level and director-level leaders

• Clarify priorities and trade-offs

• Turn AI ambition into clear, executable plans

Drive structured execution and decision-making

• Lead executive workshops, steering committees, and key forums

• Create clarity through structured materials, decision logs, and follow-through

• Align business objectives, technology choices, and delivery partners

Contribute to growth and thought leadership

• Shape proposals and expand engagements through trusted advisory

• Develop points of view and represent Norrin in AI transformation discussions

✨ What we value

• 10+ years of experience in IT, Data, or AI strategy and transformation leadership, preferably with a background in management consulting

• Experience leading large-scale AI and/or Data initiatives in complex organisations

• Strong executive presence and ability to drive clarity and decisions at C-level

• Experience defining strategies, roadmaps, operating models, governance structures, and business cases

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs end-to-end, from concept and business case through mobilisation, execution, adoption, and measurable business impact.

• Strong facilitation skills and disciplined, structured ways of working in executive environments

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including navigating complex organisational dynamics and competing agendas constructively

• Fluency in English is required. Finnish is a strong advantage

➕ What’s a plus

• Background in a major consulting firm with IT/Data/AI focus, or equivalent senior in-house strategy/transformation role

• Experience building or scaling an AI practice or capability

• Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI frameworks, and enterprise risk considerations

• Understanding of enterprise data/AI platforms and architecture concepts

• Visible thought leadership (articles, talks, community leadership)

• Experience in regulated industries or legacy-heavy environments
