In the BI Lead role, you will work in customer projects as both a technical and business-driven expert, and internally as the leader of the Business Analytics guild. You combine deep Power BI and Microsoft Fabric expertise with the ability to increase customer value and develop the company's Business Analytics offering. The role combines architecture, team leadership, and business growth.

 

In this role, you will

  • Act as an architect and/or lead consultant in BI projects

  • Design solution models and development plans together with clients, ensuring the solutions are scalable, modern, and business-supportive

  • Coordinate, develop, and increase the visibility of the Business Analytics guild

  • Mentor and support other analytics professionals (e.g., Power BI developers, analysts, architects)

  • Organize internal guild events, share best practices, support competence development, and act as a link between business, expertise, and recruitment

  • Participate in acquiring new clients and expanding existing ones, as well as identifying opportunities to bring added value

  • Help shape the service offering together with sales and leadership, build reference cases, and contribute to proposal preparation

  • Design and implement solutions on the Microsoft Fabric platform (Data Factory, OneLake, Semantic Models)

  • Support team members both technically and from a business perspective

Your technical expertise includes:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Power BI solution architecture, data modeling, and metric design

  • At least 3 years of experience leading data analytics in agile environments

  • Understanding of data and integration architectures, data modeling, processing, and data security

  • Experience in Microsoft Fabric projects

  • Experience working in a consultancy environment and in client-facing roles

  • Ability to combine business understanding, technical implementation, and expert team leadership

  • A proactive approach to competence development and business growth

  • A customer-oriented, solution-driven, and development-minded attitude

We value:

  • A relevant higher education degree (e.g., computer science, information systems, engineering)

  • Experience in utilizing AI agents as part of analytics or BI solutions

  • Understanding of data science methods and integrating them into BI solutions

  • Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English

  • Experience in business development or service design
