We’re one of Finland’s fastest-growing technology companies, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help fuel and shape our next stage of growth.

Listening, asking the right questions, and quickly understanding customer needs and the opportunities behind them are your strengths. You will have the support of a skilled team and will work closely with both customers and our technical experts to find the right solutions together.  🧩 In this role, you will:

  • Manage selected large accounts with untapped potential.

  • Develop accounts in the long term and build strong relationships with decision-makers.

  • Open new strategic accounts and grow them into long-term partnerships.

  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders – we believe the best solutions are created together.

  • Create a full picture of the customer’s needs and inspire them with opportunities and solutions they might not have identified on their own.

  • Understand that while products are sold, services are bought – you know how to listen, ask, and articulate why we are the right partner for them.

✨ What we value:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B solution sales, particularly in service business and customized digital solutions.

  • Understanding technical solutions, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will have technical experts by your side, but you can discuss the business opportunities technology offers and propose suitable solutions.

  • Experience in multi-stage sales processes and managing strategic accounts.

  • A desire to continuously learn and grow, including in technical areas, and to stay up to date in the ever-changing IT market.

  • A proactive team player mindset. You work independently and with a result-driven approach, but also in seamless cooperation with your team and customers.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with senior decision-makers.

  • Fluency in Finnish and English.
