Job description

Norrin is an AI integrator, enabling end-to-end Enterprise AI and data solutions that turn ambition into production and drive real productivity gains. We co-create the solutions, infrastructure, and adoption that make it stick. What brings us together is deep technical expertise, a creative engineering mindset, and a people-first culture. Norrin has strong roots in Finland while operating internationally across the Nordics, the United States, and APAC. Our presence across the Nordics has continued strengthening with BizOne recently joining the Norrin Group.

We’re now looking for a Data Architect to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will build the bridge between business context and technical delivery, helping customers move from challenges to solid, practical solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Finland, Thailand, and Vietnam as part of our global delivery model. If you enjoy leading customer discussions, designing robust architectures, and turning complexity into clarity, you’ll fit right in.

In this role, you will

  • Act as a trusted advisor and often the first point of contact for customers

  • Lead discussions to understand customer processes, challenges, and objectives

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable data architectures

  • Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure data services, or hybrid setups

  • Guide customers through modernization and migration scenarios (e.g., SQL Server, Teradata)

  • Take ownership of solution direction and provide architectural guidance to delivery teams, ensuring consistency and best practices throughout the project

  • Provide architectural leadership through the full lifecycle, from pre-sales to delivery

  • Communicate complex technical topics in a clear, business-oriented way

  • Collaborate with Norrin’s engineering and BI teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery success

  • Stay current on new capabilities in Azure, Fabric, and Databricks to guide customers toward solutions that stand the test of time

What we’re looking for

  • Strong consulting presence. Confidence in leading workshops and engaging business stakeholders

  • Deep understanding of cloud data architecture, modelling, and platform design

  • Hands-on ability when needed (Spark, notebooks, troubleshooting, proof-of-value setups)

  • Experience guiding projects from concept to commitment and supporting delivery teams post-handover

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across teams, cultures, and organizational levels

  • A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring others

  • Up-to-date knowledge of Azure, Fabric, and Databricks roadmaps and best practices

  • Fluent skills in English and Swedish
