  • Lead discussions to understand customer processes, challenges, and objectives

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable data architectures

  • Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure data services, or hybrid setups

  • Take ownership of solution direction and provide architectural guidance to delivery teams, ensuring consistency and best practices throughout the project

  • Provide architectural leadership through the full lifecycle, from pre-sales to delivery

  • Communicate complex technical topics in a clear, business-oriented way

  • Collaborate with Norrin’s engineering and BI teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery success

  • Stay current on new capabilities in Azure, Fabric, and Databricks to guide customers toward solutions that stand the test of time

🌱Why Norrin?

  • People-first culture: A workplace where you can be yourself. Our culture is built on openness, equality, and mutual respect

  • Flexible working model: Our hybrid model offers the best of both worlds, flexibility in your daily life and in-person collaboration when it moves things forward

  • Fair compensation: A competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience

  • Grow with us: We encourage continuous learning and development in a direction that matters to you

✨ We value

  • Strong consulting presence. Confident in leading workshops and engaging business stakeholders

  • Deep understanding of cloud data architecture, modelling, and platform design

  • Hands-on ability when needed (Spark, notebooks, troubleshooting, proof-of-value setups)

  • Experience guiding projects from concept to commitment and supporting delivery teams post-handover

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across teams, cultures, and organizational levels

  • A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring others
