We’re looking for Data Engineers to join our growing team in Stockholm. You might be a data enthusiast with a couple of years under your belt or already a more seasoned professional. What matters most to us is your willingness to keep learning, take ownership, and work on solutions that create clear business value.

In this role, you will get to work on a variety of cloud-based customer projects, designing and building modern data platforms and analytics solutions using Azure Data Platform services, Databricks, and AI-enabled tools. Your work may include data modelling, integrations, and architectural design, always in close collaboration with customers and internal experts. You will also be part of Norrin’s Data Engineering Guild, a community where knowledge is shared, skills are developed together, and people actively support each other’s growth.

✨ We value

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in analytics solution development

  • Experience building Databricks and/or Fabric-based solutions in an Azure environment

  • Understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and integrations

  • Good collaboration skills and a customer-oriented mindset

  • Curiosity and initiative to keep learning new things and stay up to date

  • Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly, also to non-technical stakeholders

  • Fluent Swedish and English skills

 

🛠️ Your technical toolkit

  • Strong skills in SQL and Python/PySpark 

  • Experience building data pipelines using Databricks, dbt, Microsoft Fabric or similar 

  • Solid understanding of data security and privacy principles 

  • Experience with dimensional modelling 

  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles  

What’s a plus (but not required)

Experience with:

  • Power BI and automated reporting

  • GenAI or machine learning, including MLOps

  • Cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
