As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing development deliveries and projects related to customer accounts – from planning to implementation and reporting. You’ll work closely with customer leads, architects, and the delivery team, and you will be responsible for the delivery of continuous services and ongoing development for Norrin’s clients. In addition, as part of our internal guild activities, you’ll also have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the DMO area.
In this role, you will
Lead and coordinate continuous services and development deliveries for assigned customers
Be responsible for the quality, schedule, budget, and risk management of deliveries
Manage resourcing for customer accounts, ensuring the right expertise and adequate team support
Lead and facilitate customer meetings (kick-offs, reviews, and retrospectives) with confidence and clarity
Act as a seamless link between the customer and Norrin’s expert
Support the team in best practices related to delivery processes, testing, and documentation
Promote service development, innovation, and knowledge sharing

We value
At least 5 years of experience delivering IT services, e.g., in roles such as Project Manager, Service Manager, or Scrum Master
At least 3 years of experience leading data and integration services in agile environments
Understanding of data and integration architectures, data modeling, processing, and security
Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English
A customer-centric, solution-oriented, and development-minded attitude
A relevant higher education degree (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering)
