As a Power BI Architect, you will play a key role in our customer projects, designing and implementing scalable, high-performance, and secure Power BI solutions utilizing Microsoft Fabric and Azure data ecosystem services. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders, analyzing business needs and developing solutions that support data-driven decision-making and automate reporting processes. 

You’ll actively participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of analytics and reporting solutions. Your work leverages modern Microsoft cloud technologies such as AI agents, the Power Platform ecosystem and advanced data security practices. As part of Norrin’s Business Analytics Guild, you can develop and share your expertise with other talented colleagues. You’ll stay up to date with the latest technologies and share your knowledge both with clients and internally across our teams.

✨ What we value 

• Experience with AI agents and advanced analytics 

• Ability to work with clients and communicate technical solutions clearly as a consultant 

• Proactive attitude toward learning and applying new technologies 

• Fluent skills in both Finnish and English

✨ Your technical skills include 

• Solid experience designing and implementing Power BI solutions, for at least 6 years 

• Understanding of data security, governance models, and user management in Power BI environments 

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Platform services 

• Familiarity with the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Apps) 

• Excellent data modeling and DAX skills, as well as expertise in optimizing Power BI performance
