Power BI Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver impactful client projects and apply your Power BI expertise within Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Platform solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients and different stakeholders, analyzing business needs and developing solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and streamline reporting.

🧩 In this role, you will:

• Create Power BI solutions that combine efficient data models, performance, and integrations into the Azure environment

• Model and optimize data sources that support clients’ business objectives

• Develop reports and dashboards that make data concrete and actionable for business needs

• Consult and guide clients in making better use of analytics and the possibilities offered by AI

• Translate clients’ business needs into practical technical solutions

• Maintain an active approach to learning and adopt the latest technologies in your work

✨ We value:

• 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering Power BI solutions

• Strong skills in data modeling, DAX, and Power BI performance optimization

• Good understanding of Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Platform services, including security, governance, and user management

• Experience with the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Apps)

• Experience with other analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik) is considered a plus

• Fluent skills in Finnish and English
