Senior AI Strategy Consultant

We are now looking for a Senior AI Strategy Consultant to join our Applied AI team. In this role you’ll help senior leaders turn AI ambition into practical initiatives that create real value for the business.

You will work end-to-end, from shaping AI strategy and defining value cases to designing solutions and driving delivery. You’ll partner closely with client teams to accelerate AI and data adoption in a pragmatic, structured way. 🧩 What you’ll do

Lead AI and data strategy engagements

• Define AI vision, value cases, roadmaps, operating models, and governance structures

• Assess organisational readiness and identify scalable opportunities

Design practical solutions

• Translate business needs into actionable AI and data use cases

• Define implementation plans and target architectures in collaboration with technical teams

Drive delivery

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders

• Ensure outcomes are delivered on time and with quality

Enable change

• Build momentum within client organisations

• Coach teams and help embed new ways of working with AI and data

Support growth

• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership in AI and analytics

✨ What we value: 

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, ideally in AI, data, or IT transformation contexts

• Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and contribute to pre-sales and business development

• Solid conceptual understanding of modern AI and data platforms, including familiarity with the Microsoft cloud ecosystem

• Ability to drive progress in complex and ambiguous environments, combining strategic thinking with pragmatic execution

• Practical experience with Agile delivery methods, especially in AI- and data-driven projects

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• Fluent English skills

🍀 What’s a plus (but not required):

• Experience in leading complex projects or end-to-end deliveries with accountability for outcomes

• Genuine interest in AI as a capability, including curiosity about how data, models, and architectures create business value

• Experience contributing to sales and pre-sales activities (proposal development, solution shaping, executive presentations)

• Background in facilitating workshops, trainings, or client enablement sessions

• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and service design methodologies

• Strong Finnish skills are a definite plus
