As our international footprint grows, we’re looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to strengthen our People Operations team. Based in Stockholm, you’ll take ownership of coordinating and developing HR operations across Sweden, Thailand, and Vietnam, ensuring that our people processes are efficient, compliant, and reflect Norrin’s people-first values.  You’ll report directly to our Chief People Officer and work closely with business stakeholders across locations, as well as the People Operations team in Finland. Together, we make sure every Norrin employee has an inclusive, supportive, and connected people experience, no matter where they work from. 

 

🧩 What you’ll do 

  • Coordinate and oversee HR operations across Sweden, Thailand, and Vietnam 

  • Manage relationships with local payroll partners 

  • Support the harmonization of contracts, benefits, and policies across entities 

  • Ensure accurate and compliant HR documentation, reporting, and data management 

  • Oversee onboarding logistics and employee lifecycle processes for new hires 

  • Work closely with leadership to guide on HR-related matters and support employees with HR topics and questions 

  • Contribute to international People Ops projects and process development together with the CPO 

  • Provide operational support in recruitment coordination and office-related matters when needed

✨ What we value 

  • 4-5 years of experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a multi-country setup 

  • Strong understanding of Swedish employment law and collective agreements 

  • Experience managing payroll and HR vendor relationships across countries 

  • Ability to advise leaders and employees on HR practices, policies, and compliance 

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a solution-driven mindset 

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across time zones and cultures 

  • Strong communications skills and fluency in both English and Swedish 

 

🍀 What’sa plus (but not required): 

  • Familiarity with HR operations, employment practices, and/or cultural contexts in the APAC region
