We’re looking for Data Engineers to join our growing team in Bangkok. You might be a data enthusiast with a couple of years under your belt or already a more seasoned professional. What matters most to us is your willingness to keep learning, take ownership, and work on solutions that create clear business value.


As a Data Engineer, you’ll work on diverse cloud-based customer projects in local and global deliveries. You’ll design and implement modern data platform solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure data and analytics service, Databricks, and AI-powered tools. Your work can include architecture planning, data modeling, and building integrations in close collaboration with clients and internal experts. We’ll shape the exact scope of your role based on your experience, strengths, and interests, ensuring you’re both challenged and supported.

You’ll also join Norrin’s Data Engineering Guild, a community where you can deepen your technical expertise and share knowledge with peers who are as passionate about data as you are.

✨ What we value

  • Around 2–5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics development

  • Experience building Databricks and/or Fabric-based solutions in an Azure environment

  • Understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and integrations

  • Good collaboration skills and a customer-oriented mindset

  • Curiosity and initiative to keep learning new things and stay up to date

  • Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly, also to non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong English skills are essential, as English is our primary working language

🛠️Your technical toolbox includes

  • Strong skills in SQL and Python/PySpark

  • Experience in building data pipelines and ETL processes (Databricks, Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse or similar)

  • Solid understanding of data security and privacy principles

  • Experience with dimensional modelling

  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles

➕What’s a plus (but not required)

  • Experience with Machine Learning and Gen AI

  • Power BI reporting

  • Cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake

  • Certifications in Databricks, Azure or Microsoft Fabric
